Most orders ship the same or next business day. Certain products may have a longer handling time and we try state that in the product description. Please make sure you have provided us with a valid email and telephone number in case we need to contact you.
We only send to physical street addresses, no Post Office boxes, APO's, etc. All prices are for shipments to the 48 states. We use a variety of freight carriers and ship ground. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite shipments or ship overnight. We are happy to send our products to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada, but you must contact us via email for additional freight quotes.Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you'd like to return an item, please contact us through the form on the "Contact Us" tab. We'll then email you a return form and instructions. Returns must be received back to our facilty within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our industry, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges without a 20% restocking fee and less our actual shipping. Items must be in original packaging and in unused condition. Once the order has shipped, we cannot cancel the purchase. Items refused or returned to sender will be charged 30% restocking fee and return shipping.

We have a structured logistical process in place. Unfortunately, we cannot overnight orders. We only ship standard ground service and cannot guarantee a certain deliver date.Can I track my order?
