If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately with digital pictures and we will handle the problem. Warranty issues are usually handled by the manufacturer.
Due to the nature of our industry, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges without a 20% restocking fee and less initial shipping. Once the order has shipped, we cannot cancel the purchase. Items refused or returned to sender will be charged 30% restocking fee and our actual shipping charge withheld. We cannot credit any purchases over 30 days and no credit for custom orders and certain items.
If you need to return an item, you will need to send via a method that provides tracking and insurance; such as UPS. We do not pay return shipping.
You will need to complete the "Return Form" and include with the return shipment.
